Welcome to RangeSharp. By accessing or using our website at rangesharp.com and our application at app.rangesharp.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
RangeSharp is a browser-based platform for building, studying, and training preflop poker strategies. The Service includes a range editor, a training engine with spaced repetition, AI-powered analytics, and solver import capabilities. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by RangeSharp or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
You are prohibited from:
Republishing, redistributing, or reselling material from the Service
Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any Service material
Using the Service in any way that is harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple users to access a single account
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments.
Any content you create or upload to the Service (including custom ranges, study configurations, and training data) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant RangeSharp a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You may export your data or request account deletion at any time through the Service settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RangeSharp does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. RangeSharp is a study and training tool and does not guarantee any particular poker results or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RangeSharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall RangeSharp's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
RangeSharp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
